1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence.
- Minor variations in color, texture, or finish caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
- Clearance, sale, or final-sale products (unless received damaged or defective).
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number along with clear images or videos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The shipping label
- Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

- Reason for return
- Photos or videos supporting your request
Once approved, we will provide further return instructions.
Please do not send any item back without prior approval.
5. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
